Steps
Make sure you read the Terms of Service as commissioning me also means you read and agree to abide by it
Fill out the google form linked above or request on vgen
Once I’ve seen the form I will send an email or dm if it has been greenlit then I will begin the process
Once finished I will send a thumbnail of the finished work. Once the final version is complete you will receive a zip file containing pngs of the commissioned work
Terms of Service
Payment will be through PayPal or VGEN
Do not steal, trace or heavily reference my artwork without permission
You may not use my artwork for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, and the likes
You may not use my artwork for AI learning machines and systems
Note that commissioned works may be posted on my social media pages. If you want it to not be posted or you want to be mark anonymous can request so.
Major Revisions during the process may include a fee
Depending on the complexity of the commission it may take from 2 weeks to a few months.
If you have a deadline please let me know other wise I will take as much time as necessary to finish however I will not take commission with a deadline under a week
Commissions must have a reference image or be subject to 50% Character Design fee
Refunds
Full refunds will be granted if I fail to deliver the commission within the deadline or if 6 months have passed after the payment is made
No refunds will be given after the final product has been complete

Communication will be through email or Discord DMs
I will provide regular updates and feedback is encouraged

Full NSFW Commissions will come with a an additional 25% fee
Terms on Commercial Commissions
Commercial usage is when the Commission is generating any type of profit from a commissioned work
Commercial commissions will be Twice the price of a normal commission
While the commissioner has full commercial rights they may not claim the artwork as their own
Payment
There will be a 50% upfront payment before a sketch then the other 50% will be paid once the commission is finished
Revisions
- 2 Major Revisions are allow and may include a fee based on the complexity of the revision
- note that these revisions may come with a fee depending on the time and complexity of the revision
Uses
As the Artist I have the right to:
- Publish commissioned work to my websites and Social Media
- create and sell merchandise (e.g., prints, charms, stickers) using the commissioned artwork unless it contains an original character or is a commercial commissionAs the commissioner, you are allowed to:
- Post the commissioned work on Social Media with credit.
- Use the work as a profile picture, banner, gift, etc.
- Print the work but not sell itAs the commissioner you are NOT ALLOWED to:
- Steal, trace or heavily reference my artwork without permission
- Use my artwork for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, and the likes
- Use my artwork for AI learning machines and systems
- Use the work commercially in any way without paying the associated fee

Additional details including complex backgrounds accessories, and more characters may come with an additional fee.
